This Strawberry Pretzel Salad is an oldie, but goodie recipe that goes way back.  Don’t you just love it when you can call something loaded with whipped cream, cream cheese and strawberry jello a salad! I’ve always loved it when this salad appears at church potlucks and summer barbecues.  The salty pretzel crust perfectly compliments the rich and sweet whipped cream and then strawberry jello.  Needless to say, this recipe needs to be carried on.

This recipe is always a hit and actually quite simple to make – just give yourself time to let the layers cool before combining them.

Welcome February!  It’s that month we love and all things focus on those we love. Certainly it’s  a good time to celebrate with the fresh and Easy Strawberry Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.  This yummy cake would be perfect to make for your favorite valentine {hint, hint}.  The secret to this moist and easy cake is  it starts with a box mix; however, once you dress it up with a little sour cream to make it moist and some added strawberries for that fresh taste, you’ll never have to tell a soul about the box if you don’t want to!
