Piña Colada Fruit Dip
Nothing says summer better than a little taste of the tropics! Whether you are gathering around the swimming pool or around the Christmas tree, this Piña Colada Fruit Dip is a fast {only takes 5 minutes} and fun way to add a little dip of paradise to your fruit tray. With a yummy blend of pineapple and coconut, this dip will soon become your party favorite.
Piña Colada Fruit Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple packed in juice, undrained
1 (3.5 oz) package INSTANT coconut pudding
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Mix all ingredients in your blender or food processor for 30 seconds or until well combined.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight to set up and blend flavors.
Serve with fresh fruit {pound cake is good also}. Makes approximately 2 1/4 cups.
Pineapple Boat
To make a really big splash, serve your dip a pineapple boat as pictured above. Cut a pineapple in half lengthwise, cutting through the green top. Use a small knife to remove the core and the fruit from the rinds of both halves without piercing it. Use the pineapple to serve with the dip.
If I can’t be on a beach in Hawaii, this is the next best thing. Thanks for sharing!

I used to work at a deli that made this with Vanilla pudding instead of the Coconut and it was soooo good. 🙂
Thanks Melissa – The vanilla would be good too!
