Spinach Artichoke Bites
I love Spinach Artichoke Dip! I usually serve it at get-togethers and parties, because I don’t need to eat the whole thing myself. {Although it is tempting.} I am always wanting to change things up and since I still want to eat the Spinach Artichoke Dip, I can’t cut it from the menu. So how about bite sized appetizers filled with spinach artichoke dip. YUM and look how cute they are!! Super simple too.
Spinach Artichoke Bites
Ingredients:
Spinach Artichoke Dip (This is my go to recipe)
Mini Fillo Shells
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Fill shells with the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Fill however many you are wanting to serve and line them on a baking sheet.
Bake according to package directions, about 5-8 minutes. Serve warm. (They still taste fine at room temp, but the fresher the better.)
*These would be great with a little extra monterey jack cheese sprinkled on the top….

OMG! Those look so freakin yummy!
I have that same problem with S.A dip, I cant stop eating it. I always hope for left overs so I can gobble it up the next day. Sad, I know. BUT, these, these will be amazing… I wish I could make these and take them with us in our food truck. YUMMM, I cant wait to try it. Thanks! Too
