Deep Dish Caramel Apple Pie

You really can’t have Thanksgiving with pie can you?  This Deep Dish Caramel Apple Pie is sure to be a crowd-pleaser at your upcoming celebration.  This pie is loaded with apples, drizzled with homemade caramel and sprinkled with crumb topping before it bakes.

Praline Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole

The big feast is only two weeks away!  One of my favorites at Thanksgiving has to be this Praline Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole.  I feel it’s a  little like cheating and eating dessert first  because these sweet potatoes are as good as pie once you add the brown sugar and pecan praline topping.

Brown Sugar and Bacon Green Beans

In a flash Halloween is over and Thanksgiving is right around the corner.  In preparation for the big feast, these green beans are an easy and incredibly good side dish.  Do you see all that bacon?  Add butter, brown sugar and seasoning and of course they are good!  I have to admit when I first tried these beans I was a little skeptical about the addition of soy sauce, but it works perfect and these beans are fabulous.  Have you made your Thanksgiving menu yet?
