Turkey, Bacon, Apple and Brie Panini

Turkey, Bacon, Apple and Brie Panini

One more idea for that leftover Thanksgiving turkey, and then I’m headed to Denver to spend Thanksgiving with my grandkids!  We love paninis at our house because they make leftovers hot and delicious.  For a fast and easy post-turkey-day treat {maybe after a long day of black Friday shopping} just layer turkey,  brie, bacon, a thin slice of apple, and spinach between two slices of artisan bread and toast – dinner is done and you can put your feet up!

You owe it to your family to treat them to this incredible combination of pumpkin waffles with cider syrup . . . wait, on second

Apple Cider Syrup

One of the best things of the holidays is spending time with family and friends.  In addition to that big Thanksgiving feast or the annual Christmas dinner, don’t forget about breakfast!  There’s nothing better than relaxing, hot breakfast with those you love.  {Notice I said relaxing . . . that means put all the craziness away for an hour and just enjoy the moment}.

This syrup will make any breakfast or brunch special.  I’m going to recommend you serve it over Pumpkin Waffles  for an incredible breakfast experience – but it’s also fabulous on french toast, pancakes- or it can
