Mini Frittatas

I really love eggs for breakfast, but I don’t have kids to cook breakfast for anymore, and my husband doesn’t like eggs :(.   So I usually don’t want to go to the bother  just for me; it just takes time and then you have to wash the pan {whine}.  I know it takes less than 10 minutes, but for some reason I just don’t do it that often- a quick piece of toast or whatever is easiest.  However, I recently  found my new favorite week-day breakfast!  These frittatas are so easy to make and so good.  I love that I

Key Lime-White Chocolate Cheesecake Squares

I seriously love cheesecake and I seriously love the tart flavor or key lime. So here we go, when I saw this recipe I knew I was going to have to try it. And let me tell you it did not disappoint. Red Velvet Buttermilk Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting

There is something about red velvet that turns any occasion into something special.  This red velvet buttermilk brownie is no exception – the brownie is incredibly moist, and anything with cream cheese frosting is amazing!  Whether its Valentine’s Day, a party, shower, or dinner with friends you can’t go wrong with this dessert.

Strawberry Banana Frozen Smoothie

January is somewhat of a quirky month.  Most of us set resolutions to eat better.  The first couple of weeks of the month there were lots of healthy eating and exercise pins floating around on Pinterest. Now we are two weeks into the month and it’s mostly scrumptious desserts and goodies being pinned {lol}.  At least we can laugh at ourselves together right: 😉

Not wanting to leave anyone out, we’re trying to fill our January with a mix of healthy choices {for those of you working the skinny jeans}, Game Day nom noms {for those of you who

Fried Ravioli

fried ravioli

It is that time of year-football!! I have to be honest though, I don’t really follow it much. I do know that our home team, the Broncos, lost last weekend. And that is all I know about this football season.  {Sad, I know}

However I know a lot more about food than I do football. So, lucky for you I have a great appetizer sure to please any football watching crowd.

Fried Ravioli

Ingredients:

Vegetable oil

1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
