Oh wait, you think I need to say something else. I really don’t know what else to say about these Bacon Wrapped Green Beans other than try them TODAY!!

In all seriousness, I think this may be the green bean jackpot, if there is such a thing.  We eat a lot of fresh green beans in our house.  Everyone likes them and they are relatively inexpensive at my local grocery store.  But these little bundles of joy were an even bigger hit than normal.

Triple Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Cookies


I’ve been thinking  a long time about creating a really wonderful Chocolate Cookie.  Finally I decided it was time to put it all together and came up with the solution for the ultimate chocolate craving {you know those times when nothing but total chocolate will do}.  If you are a true chocolate lover this cookie is for you!  With two types of chocolate in the batter and white chocolate stirred in, there just isn’t anything not to love!

Meatloaf with Brown Sugar Ketchup Sauce

 

At our house meatloaf is the ultimate in comfort food!  We love it smothered with classic ketchup and brown sugar sauce, and for a true measure of comfort it must be served with homemade mashed potatoes and fresh green beans cooked with onions and bacon.

Coconut Easter Nests

Are you aware that Easter falls in March this year? So that means we are less than 1 month to Easter. Easter is just barely in March, March 31st to be exact. {It is also my birthday, just saying}.  So if you are looking for a fun little treat, look no further.  These little nests can be made so fast.  You don’t even need to break out the mixer.

Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars


Caramel and Cheesecake – if you are looking for an amazing dessert combination stop right here!  I’ve seen a few versions of this Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars Recipe floating around on Pinterest.  Each time I just knew they would be so incredible good.  My hunch was right – they are fabulous and better yet they are easy to make and you can make them up ahead of time for entertaining! {win-win}
