Mint Chocolate Chip Pancakes


For years green pancakes have been a tradition at our house on St. Patrick’s Day; but when I came across these Mint Chocolate Chip Pancakes I thought, now there’s the real luck of the Irish!

Sausage and Cheese Muffins

Good Morning-yes I know you may not be reading this early in the morning, but hey its about breakfast this morning. If you have followed this blog for any length of time you know I am always looking for a good breakfast for my kids that is able to come together quickly since mornings at my house are CRAZY! {I like to pretend that mornings are as crazy for everyone else as they are for me, so feel free to confirm that thought.}

Back to the muffins. Seriously they are so simple. My 8 year-old practically made these by herself.

Lemon Ice Cream

Yes, it is true, I broke out the ice cream maker and have started up ice cream. PEEPS SAKE Happy Easter {free} Printable
