Apple Pear Raspberry Crisp

We all know and love the traditional Apple Crisp, but how about adding in a few other members to the party. This fruit crisp has apples, pears and raspberries and it is a great party. It is a party for your mouth. Of course we love to eat this warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.  YUM…its making me hungry just typing about this Apple Pear Raspberry Crisp.  I wouldnt be able judge if you maybe eat a little for breakfast the next day either. 😉

Apple Pear Raspberry Crisp


5 cups sliced tart apples
2 cups sliced pears
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup oats
2/3 cup butter, room temperature
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg


Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange sliced apples in the bottom of the pan, followed by the pears and then the raspberries. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumb like and well combined. Sprinkle over the fruit. Bake about 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm or cold; and of course goes great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
