Marshmallow Hot Fudge

What can possibly make Vanilla Ice Cream taste any better? How about a decadent thick Marshmallow Hot Fudge over the top. It is a classic vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. Never can go wrong with a classic like that!

Marshmallow Hot Fudge

Ingredients:

2/3 cup milk
2 Tbls. butter
30 large marshmallows
8 oz. bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

Warm the milk and butter in a medium saucepan. Add the marshmallows and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until they have melted. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Let stand for 30 seconds and then stir until smooth. Stir in the vanilla. Serve warm.

Store any remaining sauce in the refrigerator. When ready to use warm in the microwave or in a saucepan over low heat. If sauce is too thick after storage, thin out with a little milk.
