Hot Fudge

Hot Fudge is a big deal at my house. Everyone loves it and asks for it constantly. We make it frequently. It is fast and tastes so much better than the store-bought stuff.  The best part is that you can keep it in the fridge for at least a week (I honesty have never had it in there longer than that…it gets eaten too fast) and then just reheat it in the microwave.

Hot Fudge

Ingredients:

4 Tbls. Butter
1 small (5 oz) can Evaporated Milk
1 cup Sugar
6 Tbls. Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and cocoa together in a small saucepan over med-high heat.  Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.  Let boil about a minute; remove from heat and stir in vanilla.  Serve over ice cream!
