I love it when I find a delicious dinner that is quick and easy, not to mention very little cleanup.  Salmon is one of our favorites, and this Honey-Dijon Salmon is so amazingly good – we love it with the asparagus, green beans, and orange slices.  The salmon is topped with a simple mix of honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, a dash of white wine vinegar, and some crushed red pepper flakes.  Top it off with toasted sesame seeds and place it under the broiler.   The veggies and oranges all go on one tray in the oven for only about

We absolutely love salmon at our house and I love trying new and different ways to prepare it.  When I saw this Honey-Lime Glazed Salmon I was hooked immediately by the Browned Butter Lime sauce.  This salmon is easy and fast and incredibly delicious.  It’s on our must repeat list!

Honey-Lime Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

4 salmon filets
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
zest of 1 lime

For the Browned Butter Lime Sauce 6 tablespoons butter 2 cloves garlic, pressed 1 tablespoon honey Juice of 1 lime Kosher salt

Last summer I was with my sisters at a restaurant on the Seattle water front  that served the most amazing Crab Louie- wow, how beautiful! I hadn’t seen or had that salad in so long. The Crab Louie is a west-coast favorite made with fresh Dungeness Crab. I grew up in Washington State, but  I’ve lived in Texas so long I forgot all about this amazing dish.  What a shame because this is one beautiful and one delicious salad.  I decided I needed to make them this year for fresh and cool summer suppers.

Maple Glazed Grilled Salmon

I absolutely love grilling season - not just because I can usually get my husband to do the cooking {although that is a great perk}, but also because everything tastes so fresh and fabulous hot off the grill.

One of our favorites on the grill is salmon.  I created this maple glaze a few weeks ago and we've already made it several times.  Talk about fast, easy and delicious!
