I made these adorable Candy Pretzel Flowers with my grand kids for Easter last week – we had so much fun. I wanted to share them because I think they are cute not only for Easter, but would be great for Mother’s Day, May Day, Baby Showers, or just as a great activity for upcoming family reunions.  They are super easy and you can customize your M&M colors to match any theme. (Single colors sold online or at Party City.)

All you need are some pretzel snaps (the square ones), candy melts, and M&Ms.

FYI:  Abraham Lincoln’s mother Nancy Hanks Lincoln died when he was nine years old of “milk sickness”, contracted from drinking the milk of a cow that has eaten poisonous white snake root.   His father remarried Sarah Bush Johnston and Abraham called her Mother the rest of his life.  To distinguish between his two mothers, he refered
