Onion-Roasted Potato Salad with Bacon

I’m not sure why this recipe is just being posted for all to see, but it is by far one of my most favorite recipes of all time.   I sincerely apologize for the delay in sharing this must have recipe.  I love this particular potato salad. It is really nothing like a traditional potato salad, but so much better. I have never been a fan of traditional potato salad, so sad to say I know. However, this variation here is amazing.

Thai Chop Salad

Grilled Romaine with Roasted Corn and Tomato Tumble

One of the best things of summer is cooking on the grill.  It just seems everything tastes better when it’s grilled.  I’ve been seeing and reading about grilled salads, and decided it was time to try them.  This grilled Romaine is true to the standard – it tastes fabulous.  Grilling the lettuce releases the natural sugars and adds a nice smoky flavor.  So next time you’ve got steaks on the grill, make room for your romaine – it’s a great combination.

Asparagus Spring Salad

Fresh asparagus is always a delicious addition to your table;  this recipe lets the asparagus  take center stage as an incredible fresh and healthy salad that will work with just about any meal.  Crisp fresh asparagus mixed with yellow squash, tomatoes, and seasoned with olive oil,  fresh basil, lemon and parmesan.   The beautiful bright colors make it pretty enough to use as the centerpiece for your table!
