Banana Blueberry Muffins



I’m not sure if I would have ever put bananas and blueberries together on my own- but in this muffin they work so well.  This is one of my favorite muffin recipes because they are so moist and the flavors blend so well.  And hey, right now in the middle of summer the bananas brown faster than we can eat them – perfect excuse to make a batch of these.  I promise they’ll be a favorite for your family too!

The past couple of months have been tough ones for Jocelyn and I.  Just a few short weeks ago, we said goodbye to our adorable, not-quite 2 year old  nephew/cousin Duncan.  This past Easter weekend, we also said goodbye to our mom and grandma.  It only seems fitting that today we should dedicate this post to her- especially since that is where we first acquired our love of cooking and good food.

Sausage and Cheese Muffins

Good Morning-yes I know you may not be reading this early in the morning, but hey its about breakfast this morning. If you have followed this blog for any length of time you know I am always looking for a good breakfast for my kids that is able to come together quickly since mornings at my house are CRAZY! {I like to pretend that mornings are as crazy for everyone else as they are for me, so feel free to confirm that thought.}
