The first day of school is always a little exciting, and sometimes it can also be a little scary . . . I remember the anticipation could keep me up for nights.  Who is going to be in my class?  Will I be able to learn division?  Will I like my teacher?  Will my teacher like me?

In answer to that last question, you’re  teacher will absolutely love you and your student if you show up with a yummy treat like whoopee pies to show her/him your excitement to be in their class.  {It never hurts to start working the brownie points, right?}

Yesterday, I gave you a recipe for an amazing Caramel Apple Woopie that will knock your teacher’s socks off; but you can use this tag with any whoopee pie recipe {Or even store-bought.  They will still love them, I promise.}  I made my whoopies small to fit in a mason jar and then simply attached the tag on top.  You can also punch a hole and attach to any box or bag.

No matter how you package it, you are sure to make a great first impression when you bring this sweet version of an “apple for the teacher”!
