Goat Cheese with Jalapeno Jelly (quick appetizer)

Ingredients

1 pound goat cheese

jalapeno jelly (or any flavor spicy jelly)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°. Spread the goat cheese in a 5-by-8-inch gratin dish in an even layer.  Spread a thick layer of  jalapeno jelly over the goat cheese and bake for 5 minutes to warm. Switch to the broiler and broil for about two minutes or until the jelly is bubbly and lightly browned at the edges.  Serve warm with toasted banquettes or crackers.
